RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Currently India Love is not able to offer returns or exchanges. We are a small, independently operated business with a limited edition collection of one of a kind, vintage items and cannot currently process these requests. However, we want you to love your item as much as we do so please feel free to ask any questions before buying + if there is any problem with your item when you receive it, please do let us know. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

India Love ships worldwide from India via the Indian Postal Service. If you would like to upgrade to an express service or private courier please email us on julia at indialovegoa dot com.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP OUT MY ORDER?

Please allow 3-5 business days after placing your order for your shipment to be processed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Domestic post within India should take about 5-7 business days. International mail varies between destination but anywhere between 14-21 days, give or take.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS + DUTIES?

Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the package reaches its destination country– India Love is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges would be for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about what these rates would be for packages being sent from India.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can track your parcel via the India Postal website. For international shipping, once your parcel leaves India and enters your country we are no longer able to track it. If you would like to opt for priority shipping please contact at us at julia at indialovegoa dot com to arrange the extra cost.

WHAT ABOUT DELAYS WITH MY PACKAGE?

Bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays – India Love is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays. The best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the your local post office with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED PACKAGES/REFUNDED ORDERS

Currently India Love does not offer returns or exchanges however in certain cases when parcels fail to be delivered due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay your customs fees - or are returned, India Love does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to respectfully pay the shipping fees once again. We would love to help you here which is why it's important to provide us with the correct shipping information from the get-go and enquire about any custom fees beforehand – if you require help with this, just ask.
